Shipping rates are based on delivery service, price, insurance and weight of item and destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs on the review page of the checkout process.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from lolyinthesky.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to lolyinthesky.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
We ship to USA, Canada, Asia and Europe. We do not cover taxes or duty on international shipments, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information. If you want to make an exchange, it's easy! Just send us an email to online@lolyintyhesky.com with your order # and tell us the style and size you want to change to. We'll send you the new Lolys, also in the same shipment will find a pre-paid guide which you will use it to return to the Lolys that didn´t fit you (no extra cost to you) Applies only in USA.
Send us an email to loly@lolyinthesky.com Your email should state the reasons why you want to make the return. We will send you a pre-paid label so you can return the Lolys to our warehouse. As the staff of the warehouse receives your Lolys will check these two simple points to grant you a refund. 1. Which purchase this within 30 days of the change. 2. We will check that the Lolys are in good condition (unused)

  1. Pour one tablespoon of mild detergent in a bowl, add two cups of water and stir.
  2. Remove the dust with a dry cotton cloth first.
  3. Then dip the end of a toothbrush into the soapy water; use the toothbrush to clean the dirty parts trying to be more gentle on the parts that have screen printing.
  4. Remove the soap with a clean cotton cloth dampened with warm water.
  5. It is very important to let them dry in the shade because otherwise sunlight can stain your Lolys.
