DIY: Mason Jar Organizer ♥
October 24, 2014
Which is the newest obsession? The Mason Jars! ♥
Even though we see them everywhere, they can be used for many things you can’t even imagine. Last week we made a mini DIY with them as floral bases, and while doing a little research, we found this DIY that’s perfect for every girl (well boys can too but… we'll explain later). We are not saying girls are messy, in fact we are very organized compared to “them” but a little bit of creativity for decoration, it’s always welcome. ♥
We can organize our bathroom:
Tooth brush, cotton, brushes, q-tips, etc
Also we can have mini plantpots:
Rosemary, parsley, cilantro, etc.
Mason jars of 8, 12, or 16 oz
Clamps (you can find them at any hardware store)
Wooden board (you can find it at Home Depot or Lowe's)
Paint / Varnish
Drill and screws
1) Sand (if necessary), paint and varnish the wooden board.
2) Adjust and screw the clamps to the wood (using the drill and screws).
*You need to make a hole if clamps don’t have to the hole for screws.
3) Adjust clamps according to the size of the mouth of the Mason Jars.
4) Voila! Use your Mason Jars as you want.
You can put name tags on each jar as decoration.
PS: Remember how we told you that boys can apply it? Well they can arrange nails, screws, and more in your garage.
Actually you can use this idea to make anniversary and birthday gifts, don’t you think?
