¿ You didn´t love your Lolys ?

Exchanges/returns of your Lolys are easy and are free. To start the process please fill the next form to tell us where to pick them up.

Once you fill in the return/exchange form, we will send you a pre payed guide to your email. You just have to stick it to your Lolys box, which should be completely sealed.

Your exchange or refund will be processed at the moment you submit the form. In order to validate the process your Lolys should be in good condition (not used), and the purchase must not exceed 30 days.

For your money refund, we`ll contact you for your bank account or card information. In the exchange case, we`ll be sending your Lolys the same day you start the process.

If you live out of México or U.S., you`ll have to pay for the shipment and any customs fee.

How do I exchange my Lolys?

If you want to make an exchange, it's easy and free¡

Just send us an email to loly@lolyintyhesky.com with your order # and tell us the style and size you want to change to.

We'll send you the new Lolys, also in the same shipment will find a pre-paid guide which you will use it to return to the Lolys that didn´t fit you (no extra cost to you) Applies only in USA.

 

How do I Return my Lolys?

Your email should state the reasons why you want to make the return.

We will send you a pre-paid label so you can return the Lolys to our warehouse.

As the staff of the warehouse receives your Lolys will check these two simple points to grant you a refund.

  1. Which purchase this within 30 days of the change.
  2. We will check that the Lolys are in good condition (unused)
